Will I receive tax forms from Helpr?
Helpr does not issue tax forms (such as a 1099 or W-2) to providers. Providers are responsible for reporting their own income.
Helpr is designed to support backup care through an employee benefit, rather than act as an employer.
To avoid creating an employer relationship, Helpr sets limits on how much care families can book with a single provider. 👉 Learn more about how these limits may affect your work with families.
If you need payment details for tax filing or record-keeping, you can:
- Log in to your Stripe account to view your payment history
- Refer to your bank statements showing deposits from Helpr
If you have questions about how to file or report your income, we recommend consulting a tax professional.
