How does providing care through Helpr work?
After a family adds you to Helpr, here’s how working with them happens through the platform.

- Set up your payment account
Log in to your Helpr provider account and connect your bank account or card to Helpr.
You only need to do this once. Just update it if anything changes (your card, bank account, etc.).

- Receive care requests by email
- Respond to care requests
- If you’re available: Click Accept in the email to confirm the booking and be eligible for payment. Accept before care begins.
- If you’re not available: Let the family know so they can cancel on their end.
- After care ends, update your hours if needed
If you worked more or fewer hours than scheduled, you have 24 hours after care ends to update your hours in your provider account before our team sends your payment.
