How do I get started providing care through Helpr?
If a family you work with uses Helpr, they may invite you to provide care through the platform so they can use their employee benefit.
When families book through Helpr, they can apply backup care funds from their employer to help cover the cost of care. The Helpr app also helps families book care and handle payments in one place.
Here’s how to get set up to provide care through Helpr:
Step 1: The family adds you to Helpr
The family you provide care for adds you to Helpr through their app. Once they add you, you’ll receive an email with a link to get set up.
Step 2: You set up your account and payment method
Follow the link in your email to set up your provider account and connect your bank account or card to our system.

- You are of legal working age
- Your primary role is childcare (not housekeeping) and you are an individual (not a care center)
