How do I set up my Helpr payment account?

After a family adds you as a care provider, here's how to get your account set up:

  1. Register your email at helprs.helpr-app.com and create a password
  2. Enter your date of birth and sign the care provider attestation
  3. Add your bank account or debit card to Stripe* — this is how Helpr will pay you

*Providers located in China, Lebanon, or Ukraine should select the option to create a Wise account instead of a Stripe account.

You'll also receive a welcome email from Helpr with a link to get started.

  • The subject line is: "Welcome to Helpr! Get ready for care with the [family name] family."
  • Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder, or contact Helpr Customer Support — we're happy to resend it. For the fastest response, include your full name and the full name of the person who added you.

To avoid payment delays:

  • Set up your Helpr payment account as soon as possible.
  • Keep your payment account up-to-date with a valid bank account or debit card. If you make any changes to your bank or card, update the details in your payment account too.
  • Use a bank account rather than a card whenever possible since they don’t expire.
