When will I get paid by Helpr?
You’ll typically receive payment in your bank account within 3–5 business days after completing care for a booking you’ve accepted.
Here’s a typical payment timeline:
- After care ends: You have 24 hours to adjust how many hours you worked if needed
- 1 to 2 days after care: Helpr sends your payment
- 3 to 5 days after care: Funds are deposited in your bank account
To stay on this timeline, make sure:
- You accept bookings before care begins
- Your Helpr payment account is set up and up to date
Exceptions:
- Your first payment may take up to 7 business days due to our payment platform’s security policy for new users.
- Bank holidays can cause delays, typically just 1-2 additional days.

To help prevent any payment delays, we recommend the following,
- Set up your Helpr payment account as soon as possible.
- Keep your payment account up-to-date with a valid bank account or debit card. If you make any changes to your bank or card, update the details in your payment account too.
- Use a bank account rather than a card whenever possible since they don’t expire.
