Where can I check the payment status of my bookings?

You can check your payment status in your Helpr Provider Portal

To check:

  1. Log in to your Helpr Provider Portal
  2. Select Bookings
  3. Choose the booking you want to review

You can also view your payment activity in your Stripe account

Payment statuses:

  • Payment pending: The booking has ended, but payment hasn’t been sent yet
  • Payment completed: Helpr has sent your payment. Note that it can take up to 2 business days to appear in your bank or debit account after payment is sent — your Helpr account shows when payment is sent, not when it arrives.

When can I expect payment:

  • You can expect to see a payment from Helpr within 3-5 business days of providing care.
