Where can I check the payment status of my bookings?
You can check your payment status in your Helpr Provider Portal
To check:
- Log in to your Helpr Provider Portal
- Select Bookings
- Choose the booking you want to review
You can also view your payment activity in your Stripe account
Payment statuses:
- Payment pending: The booking has ended, but payment hasn’t been sent yet
- Payment completed: Helpr has sent your payment. Note that it can take up to 2 business days to appear in your bank or debit account after payment is sent — your Helpr account shows when payment is sent, not when it arrives.
When can I expect payment:
- You can expect to see a payment from Helpr within 3-5 business days of providing care.
