How do I update the hours for a booking?

If you worked more or fewer hours than scheduled, update your hours in your Helpr provider account. After the scheduled end time, you have 24 hours to make changes before we send your payment.

How to adjust your hours:

  1. Log in to your Helpr provider account
  2. Select Completed Bookings
  3. Choose the booking you would like to adjust
  4. Select Adjust hours worked

    (Hours are billed in 15-minute increments—round to the nearest quarter hour)

  5. Save your adjustment

When to adjust your hours:

  • After the scheduled end time, you have 24 hours to update your hours in your Helpr provider account before we send payment.
  • If you need to adjust the start or end time before care begins, contact Helpr Customer Support for assistance.

For the fastest response when reaching out to support, please include:

  • The booking ID # (found in your Helpr provider account or booking confirmation email)
  • The name of the family you're providing care for
  • Original and updated start and end times
